1. What are the main unlocking methods available?

The SmartLuck T1 supports facial recognition, fingerprint access, PIN code, IC card, mobile app control, and mechanical backup keys.

2. What happens if the battery runs out?

The lock provides low-battery alerts in advance. In case of complete battery drain, you can use the emergency power port using any power bank or the mechanical backup key.

3. Do I need WiFi for the lock to work?

Basic unlocking methods (fingerprint, PIN, card) work without WiFi. WiFi is only required for remote app control and notifications.

4. Will it work during a power outage?

Yes. Smart locks operate on internal batteries, so they continue to work even during power outages.

5. Can I control the lock remotely?

Yes. Through the mobile app, you can monitor access logs, receive notifications, and give access to anyone remotely.
