How long does installation take?

Professional installation typically takes 1-2 hours as per the door condition. Our certified technicians will assess your door, install the smart lock, configure the SmartLife app, and provide complete training on all features.

Do you provide installation in all UAE emirates?

Yes! We provide professional installation services across all seven UAE emirates. Same-day installation is available in Dubai and Sharjah, with next-day service in other emirates.

What if my door is not compatible?

Our technicians will perform a compatibility assessment before installation. Most standard doors (thickness 40-100mm) are compatible. If modifications are needed, we'll discuss options and costs upfront.

Can I install the smart lock myself?

Yes, our smart locks are designed for DIY installation with detailed instructions and video guides. However, we recommend professional installation for optimal performance and to maintain warranty coverage. Professional installation includes door assessment, proper fitting, app setup, and user training.

What should I do if my smart lock is not responding?

First, check the battery level in the SmartLife app. If batteries are low, replace them immediately. If the lock still doesn't respond, try resetting it by removing one battery for 10 seconds, then reinserting. If issues persist, contact our support team for further assistance.

How do I update the firmware on my smart lock?

Firmware updates are automatically pushed to your device through the SmartLife app when connected to WiFi. Ensure your lock is connected to power and WiFi during updates. You'll receive a notification in the app when updates are available. Never interrupt the update process as it may damage your device.

Warranty & Returns

What is covered under warranty?

Our 18-month warranty covers manufacturing defects, hardware failures, and electronic component issues. It includes free repairs or replacements for covered issues. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or environmental damage. Professional installation is covered separately with a 2-year installation warranty.

How do I make a warranty claim?

To make a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order number and issue details. We'll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. For installation issues, our technicians will diagnose and fix the problem at no cost. For hardware defects, we'll arrange pickup and replacement or repair depending on the issue.
