We take pride in our products at BrightTech and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 3-day return policy.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Products must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. The packaging must be the same as the one received.
  • If a product has been improperly installed or damaged due to incorrect self-installation, it will not be eligible for return. Please follow the installation manual closely or opt for our professional installation services to avoid this issue.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within a certain number of days.
