We ship across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and all other emirates.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days for Dubai and Sharjah. Orders for Abu Dhabi are processed within 4–5 business days. For Ajman and other emirates, orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, and one of our customer representatives will contact you to confirm your order and arrange delivery. Delivery times may be longer during public holidays or peak periods.
Installation
We provide professional installation for all Bosch smart locks. Installation is complimentary within Dubai and central Sharjah city. Outlying Sharjah areas such as Kalba, Khorfakkan, and Dibba are treated as other-emirate locations (see below).
For other emirates, installation is available at the following rates:
- Abu Dhabi: AED 250
- Ajman: AED 250
- Umm Al Quwain: AED 300
- Ras Al Khaimah: AED 400
- Fujairah: AED 400
