  • Unopened smart lock products in original packaging
  • Products returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Items with all original accessories and documentation
  • Products in resalable condition
  • Defective items (any time within warranty period)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed products (unless defective)
  • Products damaged by misuse or negligence
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Products modified or tampered with

How to Return Your Product

Contact Our Support Team

Call +971 522826135 or email returns@smartluck.ae within 7 days of delivery to initiate your return.

Please have your order number and reason for return ready.

Receive Return Authorization

We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

This typically takes 1-2 business hours during support hours.

Package Your Return

Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Include the RA number clearly marked on the package.

Ship or Schedule Pickup

Either ship the item to our returns center or schedule a free pickup (available in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah).

We'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

Product Exchange

We offer product exchanges for the following situations:

  • Wrong product received due to our error
  • Defective product received
  • Damaged product during shipping
  • Product incompatibility (within 7 days and before installation)

Exchanges follow the same process as returns, but replacement products are shipped as soon as we receive your return. Exchange shipping is free for our errors, and customer-responsible for other exchanges.
