It all began when Stacey, a cheerful entrepreneur from China, met Negin, a Dubai-raised entrepreneur, in the Dubai Library just by Kite Beach.

Stacey grew up with smart locks in China, and her family even were involved in providing them. However, she came to Dubai looking for new opportunities. But, one day at her villa in Dubai, she got locked out! She had to climb a ladder to get back inside. That’s when she thought, “Enough is enough! Why don’t we have smart locks here in Dubai to make life safer and easier for families?”

She started selling smart locks in stores and online, hoping no one would ever need a ladder to get into their home again. But Stacey knew she needed help from someone who truly understood life in the UAE.

That’s when she met Negin at the Dubai Library just by Kite Beach! Negin grew up in Dubai and knew how much families could benefit from smart locks. When Stacey told her story, Negin was excited to join in.

Together, they made it their mission to bring safety and convenience to every home in the UAE.

Today, Smartluck isn’t just about locks; it’s about helping families feel safe and making life smoother.
