Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination and the items ordered. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout once the delivery address has been entered. 


Shipping Time


While shipping times can vary depending on your location, our aim is to have your order delivered to you as soon as possible. Generally, after your order is processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:


- Domestic (within UAE): 1-3 business days.

- International: 7-14 business days.

Shipping Method


All orders are shipped via reliable courier services. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package.


Lost or Damaged Shipments


In the unfortunate event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at smartluck.dxb@gmail.com. We'll do everything we can to assist you. However, BrightTech is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes
